Biography

Joseph Wolseley (Tubby) Poole was a Panorama manager and only son of Joseph Poole and Susannah Mayer.

Joseph had three sister Florence (b.1873), Minnie and Ada Violet (1875-1954). All of who went into the family business at a young age. Joseph was performing on variety acts when he was nine years old and by the time he was twenty one he was manager of his father’s No.1 Company.

In 1910 Joseph Wolseley was involved with cinemas at Chichester and the Isle of Wight where he moved in later life.

Joseph died in 1954.
