Scope and Contents A collection of 245 volumes on law from the Wheat family of Sheffield solicitors. The majority were printed in the 18th century, although 35 date from the 17th century, and 21 from the early 19th century.The Wheats were a family of Sheffield solicitors, active from around 1766 until the 1930s.
