Mainly contains notices from the Policy Directorate sent to convenors of Policy Review Groups (PRGs). Includes: paper regarding PRG methods of working; list of members of each of the PRGs; Blunkett's comments and amendments to PRG reports; and briefing to all PRG members from the Women's Co-ordinating Group entitled 'Women and Labour in the 90's'.

Scope and Contents Agendas, minutes and papers of the Consumers and the Community PRG which dealt with welfare policies, and was co-convened by Blunkett as the NEC's representative.
