Diaries, map and other miscellaneous items relating to Howard Biggs' time in Heidelberg, summer 1936.

Two diaries kept be Biggs during his trip to Heidelberg, Germany in 1936. During this trip he attended a Nazi rally held in the Thingstätte (open-air amphitheatre) at midsummer, and this is recorded in his diary (volume 1). Volume 1 cover the period June 7th to July 1936 and Volume 2, 6 July to 18 July 1936.
