Press cuttings and other material relating to David Blunkett's political career in Sheffield and his leadership of Sheffield City Council. Includes material relating to: rise in Sheffield council rates, and notes/paper entitled 'How do you rate the rates?'; unsuccessful bid for an 'enterprise zone' for Attercliffe; and the Labour council's fight against the government's right to buy policy, April 1981.
