Television and radio play written by Barry Hines, broadcast in 1976, concerning two talent scouts from Derby County football club calling for an appointment with Dick Hayes, a miner who never arrives. First broadcast as a television play on 21 February 1976, directed by John Glenister, and subsequently boradcast as a radio play on BBC Radio 4 on 23 October 1976.
