Contains: paper marked as confidential and personal, with a covering note dated 8 June 2003, setting out arguments and practical issues involved in the creation of a single departmental responsible for the criminal justice service; memorandum sent to Blair, marked as personal, entitled 'Young People and Families' relating to restructuring of the criminal justice system in terms of targeting you people at risk of offending', undated; memo for the Prime Minister setting out Blunkett's suggestions for minister in criminal justice roles in the event of a reshuffle, undated; and two further memos/letters regarding the reshuffle and candidates for different roles.
