Scope and Contents
Cassette tapes of interviews with Irene where she was interviewed by Peter Firth for BBC radio. She talks about her childhood and family life, the moment that led to her undergoing therapy, meeting Jung, Withymead, influences and careers. TAPE 1 and TAPE 2 seem to be the main tapes of the full interview between Irene Champernowne and Peter Firth, with several other tapes containing edits and extracts of this interview. Also includes tapes of interviews with other people associated with Withymead, including Susan Hogan and Anthony Stevens. Irene's tapes discuss suicide and depression.
