Consists of notes, calculations and rough drawings for a site at Bolham, near Tiverton, Devon, c1975, including notes of the client's brief and sketches of a house similar in style to the Round House. Originally held in a file labelled 'Mid 70s' alongside notes and drawings relating to the Round House (490/4/2/6).
