Biography
She was the daughter of an actor from the Margate Company. She played many Shakespearian roles between 1833 and 1866. She became Lady Martin after her marriage and died in 1898. There is a marble pulpit in the Parish Church of the Holy Trinity, Stratford-Upon-Avon in dedication to her work.
