Biography
William (Billie) Reeves was an English comedy actor and writer known for The Club Man (1915), The Substitute (1915) and The Life Guard (1915).
Billie started his career with Fred Karno's troupe in England. His brother Alf was Karno's business manager. Billie went to work to America where he had several successful engagements with the 'Ziegfeld Follies' from 1908. He was signed by Lubin in 1915 for a series of comedies filmed at studios in Jacksonville, Florida and worked there for a while until he returned to England to work on the stage.
Billie died on December 29, 1943 in Suffolk, England.
