Biography
Reverchon Industries was an international fairground ride manufacturig company founded in 1929. The company went into liquidation in September 2008.
Gaston Reverchon was a coach builder, who started his own workshop in 1929 in Paris. Gaston started to adapt his skills as a coachbuilder to serve the more profitable fairground ride business.
In 1956, Gaston's sons Michel and Christian joined the company as designer and technitian and Gaston Reverchon became Gaston Reverchon and Sons.Between the years 1950 and 1971, the company enjoyed a period of success building and refurbishing fairground rides.
Between 2003 and 2005 Reverchon entered an agreement with Zamperla to licence the rival company to manufacture and sell Reverchon amusement rides worldwide. Three years later Revechon filed for bankruptcy and the company closed down.
