Biography
Shettleston Public Hall was built between 1922 and 1925 in Wellshot Road, Shettleston, Glasgow by Thomas Gilchrist Gilmour architects under instruction of the Glasgow's Office of Public Works. The Hall offered a range of events for the local community including occassional variety shows and entertainments.
The building operated until 2008 when it was was badly damaged by fire and was demolished in 2014.
